Julia Neumann
Hi, I’m Julia the founder of Full Circle Newborn Care! Born and raised in Austria, I’ve always been passionate about nurturing and caring for others. My journey began as a preschool teacher in Austria, where I developed a deep understanding of the needs of young children and their families. Since then, my path has brought me to Arlington VA where I have not only worked as a nanny and night care provider for many years, but also started my own family, which for now consists of my husband Nick, dog Max, and cat Wally. My longing to be able to take the best care of newborns has guided me to start nursing school. I am set to graduate in 2025 and plan to work with newborns in the hospital.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not caring for little ones or studying, you’ll often find me riding on the ambulance as an EMT. I am a proud volunteer for the McLean Volunteer Fire Department, earning over 600 hours of medical emergency experience in the past 2 years.

Patricia Djereye
Hi, I’m Patricia, and I’m thrilled to be part of Full Circle Newborn Care! Born and raised in Ivory Coast, West Africa, I’ve always had a heart for helping others. My journey has taken me through different roles in healthcare, and I currently work at a dialysis clinic while pursuing my nursing degree. Being a mother of one has also deepened my understanding of what families need during those early, precious days with their newborns.
I’m passionate about providing families with the support they deserve, whether it’s offering hands-on care for newborns or simply being a source of reassurance. My goal is to make sure parents feel confident and cared for as they navigate this special time. I bring a lot of experience and a calm, compassionate approach to every family I support.
